What services do you offer?

We offer various services including free online learning through our YouTube channel, more in-depth online learning access through a paid subscription on our website, limited-time coaching, and consulting engagements. Services (except YouTube) can only be accessed after a qualifying CLEAR Systems™️ Assessment determines candidacy.

How do I get started?

Start by taking the CLEAR Systems™️ Placement Assessment for your organization. Shortly after completing the Assessment, you should receive an email explaining your business stage and the most appropriate assistance that Intentional Professionals can provide for your organization at its current stage. Please check your SPAM and feel free to contact us above, if you do not receive an email.

Why does business stage matter?

In our years of experience on both sides of consulting, it is common for Founders to judge the maturity of their business based on popularity, years in business or revenue milestones. Unfortunately, none of these factors tell the true story of your organization's capacity for consistency and growth. There is such a thing as scaling too soon and too fast. An organization cannot scale before it is stable and stability does not happen automatically. If this truth is not understood, time will be wasted with troubleshooting the wrong issues. We do not endorse wasting any resources, especially time.

Do you offer ANY coaching?

Coaching opportunities that we offer require a qualifying CLEAR Systems™️ Placement Assessment to determine candidacy. All coaching services will be for a limited period determined by Intentional Professionals, not as an ongoing or indefinite service.

How do I refer Intentional Professionals to others?

The best way to refer us to other organizations (for-profit or nonprofit) is to invite them to take the CLEAR Systems ™️ Placement Assessment and learn their business stage.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. Everything shared during coaching is kept private and confidential in a safe, judgment-free space.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer flexible payment options for coaching packages to make support accessible and stress-free.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24-hour notice for any rescheduling. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be charged depending on your plan.
